Hi there,

We’re revamping the cashback program with new mechanics for everyone in the coming weeks.

Until then, Backers will continue receiving cashback under the current model.

For non-Backers, cashback stops from the reward period starting July 19, 2026. Their final eligible period is July 12–18, with the final distribution scheduled for July 21, 2026.

We’ll share more details about the new cashback program once the mechanics and launch date are confirmed.

Hi there,

A quick update about your Rep Score. It now focuses more clearly on trust and account behavior:

• Holding, buying, or receiving gCRC no longer increases your score.
• Normal spending, including Marketplace purchases and card top-ups, is neutral.
• Only harmful or suspicious spending behavior may reduce your score.
• Card top-ups are treated as valid outflows.
• The Gnosis human account no longer provides Rep boosts.
• Rep Score now refreshes in around two blocks, so KYC and Backer updates should appear much faster.

You may notice a sudden change in your Rep Score. This is because the legacy boost has now been disabled and is no longer included in the calculation.

This change affects many users and does not necessarily mean that your recent activity had a negative impact on your score.

Some parts of the faster update process are still being finalized.

New Everything

Everything has been redesigned to feel simpler, faster, and sharper than ever so the things that matter most are always front and center.

Now, Trust goes both ways

Until now, trusting someone in the app was one-sided. That changed with this release. Connections are now mutual: you can accept, decline, or ignore incoming requests, and so can the other person. And the people you connect with matter more than ever. Your connections play a direct role in your reputation. If their Rep rises, yours can rise with it. If it falls, yours might too.

Introducing gCRC

Gnosis CRC, your first community currency. We've separated it from personal CRC, redesigned minting and made it spendable in the shop and on your card.

Reputation

Rep is the new name for what used to be your Trust Score. It reflects how trustworthy and active your account is within the network. It also affects how much gCRC you can create and how much influence you have with your connections.

Groups are now Communities

Communities bring together people around shared interests, values or economic activity. Each one sets its own rules, and the one you'll find in the have been reviewed and approved.

Support

Getting help just got easier. We moved support out of settings and into the app. Now you can reach us anytime because we know how important it is to get your questions answered quickly.

The little things

You can now contact our support team directly through the new live chat widget, available throughout the app. Simply tap the chat icon whenever you need assistance to start a conversation with our team.

Weekly gCRC trust earnings now include the current day and more accurately reflect reward accruals.

Refunds now have their own dedicated icon and details screen, making them easier to identify in your activity feed.

You can now update your username directly from your profile settings.

And finally, the Beta label is gone. The app has grown beyond beta—this is now simply the Gnosis App.

Hi there,

As a thank you for your patience during the recent service disruption, we're boosting your card rewards.

From June 7 to June 27, eligible users will automatically earn an additional 1 CRC for every €1 spent with their Gnosis Card.

The bonus will be distributed alongside regular rewards on June 16, June 23, and June 30.

Combined with existing reward programs, eligible users may earn up to 6 CRC per €1 spent during the promotion period.

Eligibility:

• Eligible for card cashback rewards.
• Held a Gnosis Card before June 1.

Please note: The weekly reward cap of 4,000 CRC remains unchanged and applies to all rewards, including this promotional bonus.
